For a low monthly per lot fee, Fernshaw Management will take away the hassle of managing your community while providing the highest level of professional, cost effective, and efficient service.  This service includes:
  • Accounts Payable including the contracting of services such as    landscaping, snow removal, and basic park maintenance.
  • Accounts Receivable which includes the collection of all monthly rents according to park rules, issuance of notice of delinquency, collection of late fees, follow up on evictions, and the depositing of community monies in owner’s accounts as well as providing a monthly statement by close of final collection day by email or fax.
  • Community/Lot Inspections which includes the creation and presentation to owner of a bi-monthly report, mailing out notices of community infractions to tenants along with the time frame in which the community expects the infractions to be corrected and following up to make sure the infractions are indeed corrected.
  • ·      Fee Structure is as follows:
  • ·      1-50 lots                       $12.00 per lot including vacancies
  • ·      51-150 lots                     $10.00 per lot including vacancies
  • ·      151-250 lots                     $9.00 per lot including vacancies
  • ·      250-up                             $7.00 per lot including vacancies
