My wife an I was looking for a place to settle down. We found an ad in the newspaper. So, we called Mr. Wertzbaugher and he told us to be out the next day to look at it. Which we did. We really liked it. Mr Wertzbaugher worked with us and helped us out great deal. Mr. Wertzbaugher will bend over backward to try and help who ever he can. He's honest and sincere. My wife and I appreciate the help he has giving us.
